Vision:
We exist to inspire people to connect to and protect the wild world around them.
Mission Statement:
- Act as curators of raw materials to showcase terroir in beer
- Generate inclusive communal pride through the enjoyment of beer
- Use business to protect wild and natural areas and waterways
As a family and brewer owned and operated brewery, Stick City Brewing Company provides an invitingly simple, organic, and family-friendly atmosphere where local residents and craft beer enthusiasts can enjoy high-quality and fresh modern beer styles. The brewery’s name and logo (featuring the PA state tree, the Eastern Hemlock – Tsuga canadensis) celebrates the wild and natural areas where many go to recharge away from the complexities of everyday life, both in ones own backyard and further abroad.
Evolving into what it is today, Stick City Brewing Company originates from brewing explorations which date back to the early 1990s. Today, the brewery focuses on designing flavorful, dynamic, and simply-made beers which highlight the unique terroir of specific grains, hops, water, and yeasts. Unbound by convention and focused on fundamental detail, Stick City recognizes itself as curators of raw materials in the creation and delivery of a variety of beer styles.
Being a responsible business, Stick City Brewing Company has a core belief to make the local community and world a better place. The brewery searches out and supports local, national, and global social and environmental movements which share this common goal.
As part of this effort, Stick City Brewing Company is also the first craft brewery in Pennsylvania to join the 1% for the Planet movement. As a result, the brewery donates at least 1% of gross sales directly to environmental non-profits.

It is important to note that Stick City does not do this because it is the popular thing to do or that it could bring additional business. We do this because it is who we are, it is what we believe is right, and we genuinely care about our wild areas and waterways. In fact, it is why we are in business in the first place.
Protect the Sticks!
